Nintendo could soon bring back a popular store in Animal Crossing: New Horizons. At least that's what the new app suggests.
Right now, there's new content for Animal Crossing: New Horizons. Especially exciting is the NookLink app, which allows you, among other things, to send messages in-game messages and import individual designs from the 3DS titles (New Leaf and Happy Home Designer). For every day you log in, you'll earn ten Nook Points that you can exchange for decorative items.
Is Katrina the fortune teller coming back? Every time you get the ACNH Nook Miles Tickets, a black panther with oriental-inspired ornaments appears. In the app, the black cat delights you with some words of wisdom. But there could be much more behind the character's appearance.
Is Nintendo in a new store?
The Panther is known from old parts of the Animal Crossing series. Her name is Katrina and she runs a shop where everything revolves around the theme of happiness. For one thing, Katrina sells you items associated with luck, such as horseshoes, cylinders, or shamrocks.
Especially cool are the fortune cookies that allow you to dust off special ACNH items from other Nintendo series like Mario or Zelda in Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
Let's predict the future: On the other hand, Katrina is a fortune teller who can predict some aspects of your future. With a little luck you get a boost on things like money, health or relationships.
The Wheel of Happiness can also turn against you. Then you will be negatively affected for a while. Let's see if Katrina will make it out of the app and on your islands any time soon.
