7. When the gas cylinder used is an old gas cylinder that has been removed from another vehicle, it should be inspected in accordance with relevant regulations.
8. The range of the pressure gauge in the gas volume display device should be 1.5 to 2 times the rated working pressure of the natural gas high-pressure system, and its performance should comply with relevant regulations.
9. Natural gas conversion compressed natural gas pipelines should use stainless steel pipes or other high-pressure natural gas pipelines for vehicles, and the burst pressure should not be less than 3.5 times the rated working pressure. Under the condition that the maximum air supply of the engine is met, the diameter of the high-pressure pipeline should be as small as possible, and the high-pressure pipe joints should adopt compression fittings, and their quality should comply with relevant regulations.
10. The installation process layout should be designed reasonably to ensure that the installation and maintenance are convenient; the strength of the vehicle load-bearing parts shall be fully considered, and the weaker installation parts shall be reinforced with strong measures.
