The Ngage Education Grant is an excellent source of guaranteed college funding because it is disbursed directly, in one (1) lump sum, to the recipient. Throughout the year, Ngage celebrates 1,000,000 Daily Active Users; we award several $2,500, a $25,000, $50,000, 75,000 and a $100,000 education grant, to a Registered Daily Active User - one grant per recipient. One grant recipient will be selected randomly, on any given day, from a Registered Daily Active User who make relevant post. SPREAD THE WORD! When you are chosen to receive an education grant, you agree to the following terms:

SPONSOR: You clearly understand that the sponsor of the Ngage Education Grant is Ngage, LLC, Potomac, MD.

ACCEPTANCE OF PRIVACY POLICY. You clearly understand that by completing and submitting your registration is governed by Ngage’s Privacy Policy, and you signify your agreement to Ngage’s Privacy Policy. If you do not accept Ngage’s Privacy Policy, please do not use Ngage’s digital property. Ngage reserves the right, at our discretion to change, modify, add or remove portions of its Privacy Policy. You should check the Ngage Privacy Policy periodically for any changes and to insure you are familiar with our practices. If we make changes to our policy, advanced notification will be given thirty (30) days in advance on the Privacy Policy page, by e-mail, or by means of a notice on our home page prior to the change becoming effective. The Ngage Privacy Policy and all our legal obligations under this policy are subject to the laws of Maryland and the United States of America regardless of the location of the Registered Daily Active User. The Ngage Privacy Policy was last updated August 1, 2019.

REGISTRATION. You clearly understand that you “MUST” register to become eligible for a Ngage Education Grant. Registration validates who you are, protects your privacy, and ensures the integrity of the grant selection process. To register you “MUST” fully complete and submit the Ngage Education Grant Registration Form. Registration is FREE; however, it does NOT guarantee that you are selected to receive a Ngage Education Grant, or you will be selected to receive a Ngage Education Grant!

ELIGIBILITY. Eligibility for a Ngage Education Grant is determined by a Registered Daily Active User’s engagement with our community; there is no Application Fee, Education Level, Grade Point Average (GPA), Essay or Age requirement. Generally, a Registered Daily Active User is eligible for a Ngage Education Grant based on his/her activity every twenty-four (24) hours. This means, eligibility is based on a Registered Daily Active User logging in and logging out at least once every twenty-four (24) and making a relevant post. Although the number of friends a Registered Daily Active User has and the activity of a Registered Daily Active User’s friends is considered, selection to receive a Ngage Education Grant is random and controlled by computer algorithms, programming and applications. Human intervention is not part of the selection progress. To maintain robust computer integrity, reliability and stability, the system’s algorithms, programming and applications are randomly interfaced periodically through artificial intelligence. To prevent nepotism and unfairness, the accuracy and integrity of all Ngage Education Grant selection results are verified by a third-party Education Grant agency.  

WHO IS ELIGIBLE? All Registered Daily Active Users are eligible for a Ngage Education Grant. There is no Ngage Education Grant limit; a Registered Daily Active User can receive multiple grants.

DAILY ACTIVE USER. You clearly understand that a Daily Active User is a person (unique user) who accesses (logs-in and logs-out) Ngage at least once within a 24-hour period to interact with other Daily Active Users.

REGISTERED DAILY ACTIVE USER. You clearly understand that a Registered Daily Active User is a Daily Active User who has chosen to “Register” to receive FREE grants and gifts offered by Ngage, and information on the latest innovations in education.

RELEVANT POST. You clearly understand that a relevant post is relevant content that a Ngage user finds informative, engaging, helpful, or entertaining. When something is relevant, it matters; its relevance is clear. Relevance is simply the noun form of the adjective "relevant," which means "important to the matter at hand." A “relevant post” is any content that meets this definition and generates a relevant response. Content that is not relevant it will not generate a relevant response.

INDEMNIFICATION. You clearly understand that to the extent permitted by law, you, the recipient of the Ngage Education Grant, shall indemnify and save harmless Ngage, LLC from all claims and liability due to activities of its agents, employees, or volunteers performed under this agreement and which result from an error, omission, or negligent act of the recipient of the Ngage Education Grant. To the extent permitted by law, the recipient of the Ngage Education Grant shall also save harmless Ngage, LLC from any and all expenses, including attorney fees, which might be incurred by Ngage, LLC in litigation or otherwise resisting said claim or liabilities which might be imposed on Ngage, LLC as a result of activities by the recipient of the Ngage Education Grant. The recipient of the Ngage Education Grant acknowledges that he/she is not an agent, servant, or employee of Ngage, LLC and that he/she is responsible for his/her own acts and deeds.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. You clearly understand that the recipient of the Ngage Education Grant shall comply with all federal, state, and local laws, statutes, ordinances, rules, and regulations, and the orders and decrees of any courts or administrative bodies or tribunals in any matter affecting the performance of this grant. When required, the recipient of the Ngage Education Grant shall furnish Ngage, LLC with satisfactory proof of compliance.

NONCOLLUSION. You clearly understand that the recipient of the Ngage Education Grant cannot be: an employee, contractor or any third-party vendor who conducts business with Ngage, LLC; retained as an employee, contractor or any third-party vendor who conducts business with Ngage, LLC; a family member of an employee, contractor or third-party vendor who conducts business with Ngage, LLC. If the recipient of the Ngage Education Grant breaches or violates this noncollusion warranty, Ngage, LLC shall have the right to annul this agreement without liability or, in its discretion, to reclaim the Ngage Education Grant, and recover, the full amount of the Ngage Education Grant, and any such fee(s), associated with recovering the full amount of the Ngage Education Grant.

DISPUTES AND REMEDIES. You clearly understand that Ngage, LLC and the recipient of the Ngage Education Grant shall be responsible for the settlement of all contractual and administrative issues arising out of disputes and remedies of the Ngage Education Grant. You clearly understand that any dispute concerning the Ngage Education Grant, additional costs, or any other nonprocurement issue shall be submitted for resolution by informal mediation, in accordance with the requirements of the State of Maryland. You clearly understand that this agreement shall not be considered as specifying the exclusive remedy for any default, but all remedies existing at law and in equity may be availed of by either party and shall be cumulative.
