Franchise Mode

The Yard
While we didn't get to try it out in the beta, it was clear that they've officially linked The Yard into Face of the Franchise, even on the main menu for Madden 23. With that integration in place, you'll be able to progress your avatar player in Career Mode with rewards you can use to buy gear and head to The Yard for the same backyard-style challenges we saw last year.
Superstar KO
We've learned very little about Superstar KO in Madden 23, but we don't expect it'll be that different than it was in Madden 22. Players will still be able to squad up in this online co-op eliminator mode with Superstar X-Factor abilities always turned on, and fans can expect unique stadiums as well as dynamic rules this year.
Madden Ultimate Team
Madden Ultimate Team game mode is returning once again. MUT 23 did seem a bit more streamlined from our brief glimpse during the beta, but overall it looks about like what fans should expect from Ultimate Team. Except for tons of content drops around launch and throughout the season, and players who want the best advantage at launch may want to secure a pre-order for one of the top editions of Madden 23.
