It's become relatively standard in recent years for EA to publish each month a Madden 22 Title Update which they've kept to at least the same frequency this year as well. In the meantime, the Madden 22: December 22th Title Update almost here and we've received confirmation of when it's due to hit the shelves on the latest Good Morning Madden.
The reveal was rather light on details, but they did announce that in the announcement that the December Title Update will release on Madden 22 December 2nd, 2021. The file isn't out yet on consoles, based on previous ones we expect this to be updated to Version 2.04 on PS4 Version 1.0.0.12 on Xbox Series X|S or version 1.010 available on PS5.
Download size is also not known, but the regular monthly Title Updates tend to lean on the large side and therefore you'll need an ample amount of storage to update. This is an area that we're still waiting to discover more. However, there are some lingering issues which could be resolved.
A quick look through the official bugs of Madden 22 shows that players are having serious issues, and Franchise appears most affected. The most frustrating issues that affect the majority of users are those that corrupt or make the one Franchise save almost unplayable and one player is stuck in a constant loop that crashes following a game.
There have also been several that have an unusual "you are already in charge of the 20 leagues" error when trying launch a cloud Franchise despite not being in charge of any.
