About Me
Project Lead The Way (PLTW) provides a transformative learning experience for students and teachers across the United States. PLTW empowers students to develop and apply in-demand, transportable skills by exploring real-world challenges. Through pathways in Computer Science, Engineering, and Biomedical Science, students learn technical skills and solve problems, think critically and creatively, communicate, and collaborate. Teachers are provided training, resources and the support they need to engage students in real-world learning.
Global and local challenges surround us. To address these challenges and move forward, we need people who know problem-solving strategies, think critically and creatively, communicate and collaborate with others, and persevere when something does not work the first time. Project Lead The Way empowers students with these skills. Whether designing and producing prosthetics or deploying innovative water filtration devices in developing countries, PLTW empowers you to make a difference in the classroom, the community, and around the world.
